I, James Kurtz, am letting you know about this travel opportunity. I am not the tour  operator or organizer, but am just informing people about this tour. Responsibility: I understand that James Kurtz, who has informed me about this travel opportunity, has no control over the people, the equipment or the operations of any transportation company, airline, ship line, hotel, restaurant or other person or entity furnishing services, products, or accommodations as part of this travel program, because these suppliers are contractors acting independently. Because of this, I agree that James Kurtz will not be responsible for any injury, damage, loss, expense, delay or inconvenience to me which may be caused by any of these independent contractors or their agents, servants or employees. Any responsibilities that may apply to this travel program would be referenced by language found elsewhere concerning tour operators and organizers, and indicated in their material.

I further understand that during this travel program, I may have the opportunity to participate in variables and other activities, any of which could carry risk. Therefore, I understand that I am under no obligation to participate and, if I do decide to participate, such decision is mine alone and James Kurtz will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, expense, delay or inconvenience arising out of such participation.
